Simple but Effective Tips to Avoid Sun Damage
1. Wear protective clothing, like hats and long-sleeved shirts.
2. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 15 and reapply every two hours
3. Limit your time in the sun, especially during 10am - 4pm where UV rays are strongest
4. Seek shade whenever possible.
